And we’ve recently introduced a host of new features, making it easy for practices to customize and control their ideal patient experience:
Reminders by Confirmation Status
Customize and automate reminders for patients based on confirmed and unconfirmed status. Easily automate triggers, so messages turn off once they confirm their appointment. It’s like a robot working in the background to decrease your no-show rate.
Fast Date Selection
Patients booking online appointments months out previously had to scroll through each month to get to their desired appointment date (no fun!). Now patients can instantly jump to any point in the future (booking a cleaning 6 months out) to set an appointment.
Family Messaging by Location
Family messaging lets you combine reminders when a family has multiple appointments on the same day. If you have multiple locations, you can now enable Family Messaging capabilities specific to each location.
In March, we introduced NexHealth Forms to easily collect patient information via HIPAA-compliant forms that auto-update to your practice management system.
Coast Dental Saves 5+ Hours a Day
Coast Dental was one of the first adopters of NexHealth Forms, and estimates its 106 locations save 5-10 hours a day with the synchronization into Eaglesoft.
