Today, NexHealth unveiled a new, API-level integration with Dentrix – the popular and widely-used dental practice management software. With this announcement, doctors who rely on both services will experience immediate improvements, as the technologies begin to exchange patient and appointment information securely and seamlessly.
NexHealth – a patient relationship management suite trusted by doctors across the country – is used by many healthcare practices to complement their EHR and practice management software. The integration with Dentrix is expected to simplify office work and improve business management for these practices.

NexHealth is used by providers like Dr. Jeffrey Fox for automated email and text message communications, digital appointment reminders, one-touch appointment booking, and other features that improve patient engagement and retention. Dentrix is the world’s leading practice management service provider, offering digital tools for business management, clinical efficiency, billing and collections, and other paperless practice solutions.
This integration is the latest in a recent push NexHealth has made toward interoperability. On April 15th, the NYC-based company announced a similar partnership with Electronic Health Records system Eaglesoft.
