We added a new feature to Online Booking, giving your practice the ability to add custom fields in the form of a text box, drop down menu, or payment field. When patients request an appointment, you can ask additional questions and securely collect their credit card information. Filter campaigns by practice location.
We redesigned Campaigns so practices with multiple locations can filter campaigns by each location. Large healthcare organizations, such as DSOs, can send a single brand campaign to all patients and add filter codes to easily search for campaign types. Access information faster within the NexHealth platform and make ongoing optimizations for better campaign performance.

You asked, we answered. Now it’s easy for patients to receive one text or email for appointment reminders or recall campaigns. Remind family members of upcoming treatments or overdue appointments, without overwhelming them with multiple text or email messages. Customize payment messages.
Practices can customize texts or emails sent to patients for payment collection. Automate payment notices by including personalized messaging or important information related to your practice.
NexHealth now integrates online forms with Dentrix Ascend, Dentrix Core, Curve Dental, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental. When patients complete their intake information, it will be automatically synced with these widely-used PMS systems. We also support payment integrations for Dentrix Enterprise, so payment history and patient payment details can be easily integrated for DSOs.
