Forms are fully customizable in the NexHealth platform.
Offer convenience to patients by sending them forms to fill out at home. With online forms, patients bypass your waiting room and filling out tedious paperwork. Simply navigate to the ‘Forms’ tab in the platform to access, where you can download patient information and easily upload in your EHR system.
Online booking updates
Prioritize appointment types and filter new & existing patients.
Practices can now prioritize appointment types that patients book the most. Since patient needs are specific to the services you provide, offering popular appointments upfront can positively impact conversion rates for new bookings. Further, you can search and filter any patient who books online.
Last month, we introduced custom fields for online booking, and we’ve added more options such as dates, phone numbers, checkboxes, and notes. Easily customize fields for new and existing patients to streamline intake.
Patient payments update
Store payment info for quick charges.
Payments are even easier to collect by charging cards already on file. Most patients appreciate not having to present their credit card every appointment, and contributes to their overall satisfaction. Patients receive email receipts right away, and full collection history is available in the platform at any time.
